1、 Purpose and structure of crystallization tank

The stainless steel crystallization tank is mainly used to separate and crystallize a certain solution in the solution by physical or chemical processes between solvents and under certain working conditions to achieve supersaturation.

Crystallization tanks are widely used for mixing materials in pharmaceuticals, cooling and freezing, and crystallization of finished products. Crystallization tanks are also widely used in industries such as dairy, food, chemical, and beverage.

2、 Structural design of crystallization tank

2.1 Stainless steel crystallization tanks can be made of 316L or 304 stainless steel according to different purposes. The inner wall is polished with electrolytic mirror finish or mechanical polishing, the outer wall is insulated with 304 fully welded structure, and the outer surface is treated with mirror finish or matte finish.

2.2 Install a 0.2 μ m hydrophobic vent filter on the stainless steel crystallization tank.

2.3 The crystallization tank can withstand temperature sterilization and disinfection, and is equipped with a sanitary pressure gauge.

2.4 The external connection port of the tank body adopts a sanitary quick open joint. The crystallization tank is equipped with temperature monitoring device, 2 sight glasses, cleaning ball and nitrogen inlet.

The sealing of the 2.5-axis adopts a special sanitary mechanical seal to ensure that the material is not contaminated. The crystallization tank can be equipped with a frequency conversion speed control device, and the stirring shaft speed adjustment range is wide.

2.6 The tank body is equipped with a sight glass, a mixing device, an inlet and feeding port, a tank washer, a respirator, a liquid inlet, an injection water inlet, a reflux port, a steam inlet, a condensate outlet, a cooling water inlet and outlet, a material outlet, a sewage outlet, a sampling port, a questioning device, and a liquid level device.

3、 Working principle of crystallization tank

Crystallization tank is a crystallization equipment that requires frozen water or refrigerant water to rapidly cool down in the interlayer after material mixing reaction. Based on the physical or chemical process between solvents and under certain working conditions, a certain solution in the solution is made supersaturated to separate crystals. The key factors are the size of the interlayer area, the structure and material outlet form of the agitator, the precision polishing inside the tank body, and the requirement of no dead corners in the tank body cleaning to meet the process usage conditions.
